SocialPro operates two interconnected impact models that together define how we fulfil our social purpose - from the day a client onboards, and beyond.

SocialPro exists to make social impact measurable, credible, and actionable in the construction industry. We do this by providing a structured, audit-ready platform that enables construction teams to meet their social procurement obligations with defensible, standardised reporting.

Our platform impact is operational and ongoing. Our profit donation model is a formalised commitment that activates once the conditions set out in our Shareholders' Deed are met. Both models are complementary - and both are governed by that deed.

Governing commitment

SocialPro's social purpose is reflected in its Shareholders' Deed and is the consistent basis on which the business is planned, managed, and reported. Public and community benefit is a structural obligation, not a policy choice.

01 Platform Impact

The software directly enables social procurement compliance and reporting across Australian construction and infrastructure projects - creating measurable outcomes for social benefit suppliers, workers, and communities at scale. Active from day one of client onboarding.

02 Profit Donation

As the business achieves profitability, a defined portion of annual net profit will be directed to nominated charitable partners whose missions align with the human and social challenges most present in the construction industry. This commitment is formalised in the Shareholders' Deed.

SocialPro's primary social impact is delivered through the platform. By providing construction teams with a structured system of record, SocialPro enables outcomes across four areas.

Economic Empowerment

Social, disability, and Indigenous enterprises secure and retain contracts through transparent, verifiable reporting of their engagement. Equitable access to procurement opportunities, supported by standardised, audit-ready data.

Workforce Inclusion

Structured tracking of employment outcomes for women, First Nations people, and people with disability - consistent with Local Jobs First, Building Equality Policy, and Commonwealth Employment frameworks.

Environmental Sustainability

Tracking and reporting of environmentally responsible procurement practices, supporting clients to evidence progress against sustainable procurement objectives across major infrastructure projects.

Social Enterprise Development

A dedicated reporting pathway for social enterprises to demonstrate their capability to procurement teams. Recognition of Social Traders-certified suppliers enables clients to meet social enterprise spend targets under applicable frameworks.

Reporting Infrastructure

Reporting infrastructure that supports both contractor compliance and subcontractor visibility across complex multi-tier supply chains - from tier one builders down to every subcontractor on site.

Audit-Ready Outputs

Every data point collected through SocialPro is structured, traceable, and formatted for submission to government principals and certifying bodies - on demand, without rebuilding the same report each period.

Mental Health

Headspace

Mental health is one of the most significant and underreported risks in construction. Contributions directed to Headspace's centre support, online support, and career mentoring programs, with a focus on services accessible to construction workers.

Gender Equity

White Ribbon Australia

Construction has among the lowest rates of female participation of any sector in Australia. Contributions directed to White Ribbon's Education Hub to increase workplace training resources, including for organisations within SocialPro's client base.

Indigenous Inclusion

Michael Long Foundation

Contributions directed to the Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre Education Program, providing training and employment pathways for First Nations people. SocialPro will work to connect program participants with construction industry opportunities.

Mental Health · Construction

Foremind

A cloud-based mental health training and employee assistance platform designed specifically for the construction industry. SocialPro intends to offer a complimentary Foremind subscription to all platform users, subject to finalisation of commercial terms.

Accountability and Reporting

The profit donation model activates once the business achieves sustained profitability. Three conditions must be met before any donation is made.

SocialPro is committed to directing a defined portion of its annual profit to charitable partners once the profitability conditions set out in the Shareholders' Deed are met. Allocation decisions are made annually by the Board of Directors, recorded in the annual accounts, and disclosed in SocialPro's annual impact report.Financial projections are reviewed quarterly by the Board. If the profitability threshold is reached earlier than projected, donations will commence at the end of the relevant financial year.

01 Profit threshold

Annual net profit after tax must exceed the threshold defined in the Shareholders' Deed before any donation allocation is triggered.

02 Cash reserves

The Board must confirm that cash reserves meet the minimum operating buffer defined in the Shareholders' Deed before approving any donation.

03 Executed agreements

Formal agreements with each nominated charitable partner must be executed and current before any donation is made to that partner.

Accountability and Reporting

Publicly reported. Every year.

From 1 July 2027, SocialPro will produce a publicly available annual impact report. This memorandum will be reviewed and updated annually. Material changes will be reflected in governing documents and disclosed in the impact report.

Number of active projects, total social procurement spend tracked, engagement of social benefit suppliers, and workforce outcomes reported by clients.

02 Donation activity

Amounts donated, partners supported, and outcomes reported by each charitable partner for the relevant financial year.

03 Financial conditions

Progress against the profitability threshold, including confirmation of whether the conditions were met and the donation allocation for the year.
