One of Goodman's most significant current Australian projects is SYD01 - a 90 MW data centre under construction in Artarmon, northern Sydney. The first 12.2 MW phase is due for service in Q2 2028. The project is expected to generate around 700 construction jobs and sits within Goodman's global development pipeline of approximately AUD $18 billion - of which data centres now account for more than 70 per cent.
