Decmil is an Australian engineering, construction, and maintenance company with deep experience across resources, infrastructure, and defence - delivering complex projects in some of the country's most demanding environments.

In Victoria, Decmil has become one of Major Road Projects Victoria's (MRPV) most consistent delivery partners - securing multiple contracts under MRPV's Program Delivery Approach. Key projects include the Ison Road Rail Overpass ($78 million) in Wyndham West, building a new four-lane road over the rail line connecting Ison Road north and south; the Ison Road Extension ($50 million), begun in early 2025 and due for completion in 2026; and earlier work on the Barwon Heads Road Upgrade ($88.7 million) between Settlement Road and Reserve Road in Geelong. Together these represent a third consecutive MRPV award - a strong signal of the trust the Victorian Government places in Decmil to deliver on its road infrastructure program.

The company is using SocialPro to help with supply chain reporting, workforce compliance, and local content tracking across their Victorian project portfolio - delivering structured, audit-ready outputs for MRPV and the Victorian Government throughout delivery.
